How to accept an invite to join a Recapture account

This article will guide you on how to get started with joining a Recapture account after you've been invited to join a Team.

How to Join a Store You've Been Invited To

1. You'll receive an invite email from Recapture. It will look similar to this:

   2. IMPORTANT: If you received the email but want to register under a DIFFERENT email address, be sure to talk to the store owner and ask them to invite you under a DIFFERENT email. You can't switch email addresses after the invite is sent.

2. You need to click on the Accept Invite link to join the Recapture account.

3. After you do that, you should see a screen similar to this:

      Be sure to enter your email address that was used for the invite email (IMPORTANT!) and click Continue.

4. You'll be asked to create an Account to login to Recapture. Enter your full name and create a secure password (8 or more characters, with special characters, numbers and capital letters)

5. That's it! Once you've clicked on Create Account, you'll be redirected to the Dashboard on Recapture.

Wait—I didn't get that Invite Email!

Ask the store owner to resend it to you. They can do that multiple times if needed, and they can also send you an invite under a different email address if you're having trouble.

If you have any trouble getting setup, contact the owner of your store to resend the invite or get a different email address if you need it.
