I have multiple accounts with Recapture, can I access all the accounts from within one account?

Yes! But you can't do it through your account, we have to link them together manually.  Support for multiple accounts is provided at the Pro plan and higher.

If you need to link accounts, here's what you need to do:

  1. Create the accounts in Recapture under different emails (example:  store1@storedomain.com, store2@storedomain.com)
  2. In each account, connect your store with the extension (install the extension, authenticate it)
  3. Contact us when you're done and we'll link the accounts so you can access them from a SINGLE email login. 

Just use the little message icon at the bottom right of your account to contact us once your accounts are created and we'll link them up.
