I have multiple accounts with Recapture, can I access all the accounts from within one account?

Yes! But you can't do it through your account, we have to link them together manually.

We can provide SSO (single sign on) access to all of your stores, no problem.  Once linked, you'll be able to access them from the right-side drop down menu (like you see above).
