How can I tag products for proper segmenting in Recapture?
Recapture allows you to use tags for segmenting your campaigns. How can you set that up in Shopify?
Tags are different from SKUs. A SKU should be unique to the product but multiple products can share the same tag and a single product can have multiple SKUs (for example, depending on variants). Tags allow you to group certain products (kind of like a product category, but it's more powerful than that).
Tags can be set in the product details page in the bottom right, below Collections as shown here:
